Construction has begun on the exciting new stand at The Kia Oval, part of Lime Venue Portfolio, which will add seven conference and event rooms at the iconic venue.
Once One Oval Square is complete in 2021, the new state-of-the-art rooms will allow for a maximum capacity of 850 seats in one room as The Kia Oval continues to experience increased demand. With 6m ceiling heights, and floor-to-ceiling windows - offering impressive and unique views of the cricket pitch - One Oval Square will further solidify The Kia Oval as one of the most sought after events venues in London.
The largest space in the new stand will hold up to 850 people theatre style with floor to ceiling glass along the pitch facing walls. Included in the room hire is an organisers office as well as a viewing platform perfect for pre dinner entertainment. This room will also have access onto a private terrace as well as direct access into the Pavilion for breakout spaces.
The 2nd floor room will hold up to 600 theatre style with a separate cloakroom area on the same floor. This room will also have access onto a private terrace as well as direct access into the Pavilion for breakout spaces.
The Ground Floor Concourse is a fantastic space in the new stand that's versatility will be unrivalled. Although open on two and a half sides this covered outdoor area will benefit from being protected from the elements while having over 2000m2 of uninterrupted space, with vehicular access.
