Terms and Conditions
The promoter is: Lime Venue Portfolio, a trading division of Compass Contract Services (UK) Limited (Company. Number 2114954.) whose registered office is at Parklands Court, 24 Parklands, Birmingham Great Park, Rubery, Birmingham, B45 9PZ.
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Compass Contract Services (UK) Limited and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
To enter this prize draw, an enquiry must be confirmed at one Payne & Gunter’s venues through Lime Venue Portfolio including Abbey Road Studios, Eventim Apollo, Hampton Court Palace, Hedsor House, London Transport Museum, Natural History Museum, Old Billingsgate, and Trinity House between 4th March 2024 - 31st December 2024. The enquiry must be made and confirmed between these dates, the event can take place at a later date.
Eligible entrants can also include direct enquiries received by Payne & Gunter, including Abbey Road Studios, Eventim Apollo, Hampton Court Palace, Hedsor House, London Transport Museum, Natural History Museum, Old Billingsgate, Stationers’ Hall & Garden, the Royal Museums collection of venues (including Cutty Sark, National Maritime Museum, Peter Harrison Planetarium, Queen’s House, Royal Observatory Greenwich) Science Museum, Somerset House, Trinity House and the Victoria & Albert Museum between 4th March 2024 - 31st December 2024.
Closing date for entry will be midnight on 31st December 2024. After this time/date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the prize draw and how to enter are as follows:
Confirm an enquiry at one Payne & Gunter’s venues through Lime Venue Portfolio including Eventim Apollo, Hampton Court Palace, Hedsor House, London Transport Museum, Natural History Museum, Old Billingsgate, and Trinity House. Quote P&GBRITS25 at point of enquiry.
Payne & Gunter apply a per event minimum net revenue requirement of £13,000. Any enquiry is subject to our availability on the proposed event date or, where applicable, our availability for all dates for an event taking place across several days Payne & Gunter reserve to right to turn down business, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prize is as follows: TWO (2) Tickets to the BRIT Awards 2025.
The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
A winner will be chosen at random, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
The successful winner will be notified within 28 days of the draw date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
